- Cucumber - 1
- Tur Dal - 3/4 cup
- Coconut - 1 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste -
- Water as required -
- For seasoning: -
- Mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
- Curry leaves(few) -
- Shallots(chopped) - 3

- Wash dal and cucumber.
- Take a pressure cooker add washed dal and chopped cucumber. Add some turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt and water as required
- Cook it for 3-4 whistle.
- Mix well,when it starts boil,remove it from the flame
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seed.add chopped shallots and curry leaves.when it turns light brown in colour,turn off the flame.
- Mix it with the curry.
- Tasty cucumber Dal Curry is ready.
