Curd Quinoa

Curd quinoa or yogurt quinoa is a simple and healthy recipe which you can put together in under 10 mins if you have some cooked quinoa in hand.This curd quinoa recipe is inspired by curd rice recipe which is very common dish in South India.

Ingredients
  

  • quinoa 1/2 cup
  • curd 1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • mustard 1 sp
  • urad dal 1/2 sp
  • channa dal 1/2 sp
  • red chili 2
  • curry leaves few
  • coriander leaves few

Instructions
 

  • cook quinoa to soft.
  • whisk curd
  • add both together with salt and mix gently
  • in oil fry mustard, channa dal, urad dal, red chili, peanuts
  • add this to curd quinoa along with curry leafs and corianderr leafs.And serve
