- chop the aloo into small cubes
- take curry leaves, onion, coconut, fennel seed, ginger, garlic.red chili, and green chili
- make a paste by grinding it
- heat the oil in the kadai and add aloo and mix it
- add the curry leaves paste and mix well
- add salt and turmeric powder and mix it
- allow to cook until the aloo and curry leaves paste get cooked well
- now aloo curry leaves fry is ready. serve with curd rice
