Ingredients
- Arrowroot/Tea biscuit [crushed] - 35 nos
- Unsalted butter - 100 gm.[at
- Cashew [crushed] - 4 tblsp
- Powdered sugar - 1 cup
- Cocoa powder/Coffee powder - 1.5 tsp
- Vanilla Essence - 1/4 tsp
- Egg - 1.

Instructions
- In a bowl,beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat the egg very well and pour to the bowl.
- Add cocoa/coffee powder, crushed biscuits,cashew and mix it well.Then add vanilla essence mix it again.
- Then transfer this biscuit mixture in an aluminum foil and roll it as shown in the picture.Keep it in freezer for 25-30 minutes for setting.
- After 30 minutes take it out from the freezer and cut it and serve.Enjoy the delicious biscuit dessert.
Recipe Notes
The dessert will melt,if kept outside for a long time.So keep it in the refrigerator and take it out only when required.
