Ingredients
- medium Potatoes - 4
- Garlic cloves - 4
- ginger piece - 1
- Chillies(red or green) - 4
- Big onions - 3
- Fresh coriander - 1 1/2 cups
- Turmeric powder - 3/4 teaspoon
- Pepper powder(optional) - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt(to taste) -

Instructions
- Heat a pan with generous amount of oil. Add the onion and saute for a minute. Add the green chillies and ginger garlic. Continue to saute till all these turn tender
- Add the potatoes and fry for a minute on high flame. Add the turmeric and give a thorough mix.
- Reduce the flame to medium and allow to cook the potatoes till half done.
- Add salt and cilantro and incorporate well. Stick back the lid on and cook till done.
- Sprinkle the pepper and cumin and give a mix. Add a dash of ghee. Put back the lid on and keep on low flame for a minute and switch off the stove.
- Serve hot after a couple of minutes.
