
- Wash the muringayila/drumstick leaves under running water
- Grind coconut,green chilly,garlic,cumin seed and curry leaves without water into a coarse paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seed in it.
- Add the cleaned and dried muringayila/drumstick leaves.
- Add salt and cook for a couple of minute.
- Add coconut mixture
- Combine well and cook it again for 5 minutes in low flame.
- Muringayila thoran/drumstick leaves stir fry is ready to serve.
