Beetroot with curd

- Beetroot(grated, medium) - 1 no
- Green chillies(sliced) - 2 nos
- Onion(sliced) - 1 no
- Curd - 1/2 cup
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Then add the sliced onion and green chillies and sort them for 5 mnts.
- When the beetroot is half cooked, put off the flame and let it cool down.
- Once its' cool, add the curd into it and keep it in the fridge for 5 mnts and use it.
