  • 2 nos Chapati medium sized
  • 4 nos Chicken Sausage
  • 4 to Broccoli

For Sauce:


  • Chop the vegetables in thin slices and keep it aside.
  • In a bowl, add all the sliced vegetables,mayonnaise,salt,lemon juice and pepper.Mix it well without mashing the vegetables.
  • In a heavy coated fry pan pour some oil not more than 2 teaspoon and pan fry the sausage turns into brown.We can infer there will be a slit generates on the sausage once its properly cooked/fried.
  • Later put broccoli to the same fry pan and fry it by using 1 teaspoon of oil.
  • Take the chapati in a plate. Spread the vegetable filling and place two sausages and broccolis over the filling and roll.
  • Repeat the step 5 for the second chapati.Now the Easy chapati sausage roll is read for your craving.
  • We can make this roll whenever you need once keep some chapatis in your refrigerator.
