- Coconut - 1/2 of
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Shallots(Kunjulli) - 4 nos
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- For seasoning: -
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Shallots(diced, for seasoning) - 3 nos
- Curry leaves – 6 - 7 leaves
- Dry red chillies - 5 nos

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds and fry shallots, dry red chillies and curry leaves.
- Add the ground coconut mixture to this and saute for a few seconds. Serve hot.
