Easy Prawns Theeyal A blend of dry prawns, tomato in traditional theeyal 50 gm Dry prawns (Onakka Chemmeen)2 - Tomato1 cup Grated coconut1 tsp Chilly powder1 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Coriander powder1 cup Tamarind water (Puli)10 nos Small onions (Kunjulli)Mustard seeds Dry red chillies(Kollamulaku)Salt (As reqd) Fry grated coconut with chilly powder & coriander powder.Grind it into a fine paste after cooling.Heat oil in a low bottom vessel.Fry dry prawns, small onions and tomatoes with turmeric powder.Once they are properly done, add tamarind water & salt.Allow to boil.Finally add the fine paste of grated coconut and cook for 5 mins.Garnish with fried mustard, dry chilly & small onions.
