- Egg - 3
- Bread - 12 slices
- Onion - 2 large
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Green chilly - 3
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala(pinch) -
- Pepper powder - 1/2. tsp

- Coriander leaves(few) -

- Add egg pieces,coriander leaves and mix well.
- Take 2 bread slices and remove the edges.dip one slices in water for a second and put one egg pieces with some masala on it.dip the other slice in water and place on its top.press with your both hands and make it into a ball shape.keep it in kitchen tissue for 10 minutes for absorbing the water content in it.
- Whisk 2 eggs and take some bread crumbs.dip each bread balls in egg mixture and followed by bread crumbs.fry it in hot oil till light brown in colour.
- Crispy Egg bread ball is ready
