Ingredients
- Eggs(beaten) - 3 nos
- Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 medium
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 3 nos
- Onion(medium, finely chopped) - 1 no
- Coriander powder - 3 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Beat well the eggs with pepper and salt.
- When the onion becomes brown, add coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and saute for 1 minute.
- Serve hot with bread.
