- Egg(hard boiled) - 2 nos
- Onion - 2 nos
- garlic(minced) - 1 tbsp
- Green chillies(minced) - 1 tbsp
- Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Corn flour - 2 tsp
- Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Add garlic and green chillies. Mix well till it gives out a nice aroma.
- Mix well and form a thick gravy.
- Add pepper powder.
- Add eggs to this.
- :- Serve hot with chappathis or paratha.
