Easy and Tasty egg rice

Ingredients
- Boiled rice - 2 cups
- Eggs - 4 nos
- Green chillies(crushed) - 3 nos
- Onion - 2 nos
- Tomato - 1 no
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tsp) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp

Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
- Add chopped onion, crushed green chillies and fry until translucent.
- Add chopped tomato, salt, turmeric powder and stir till tomato gets cooked.
- Add eggs into the pan.
- When eggs get cooked a little, stir and scramble it.
- Add boiled rice. Mix well.
- Transfer the contents toa serving bowl.
- :- Serve hot with chilli sauce and tomato sauce.
