- Hard boiled eggs - 3 nos
- Onion(large) - 3 nos
- Chilli powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil to fry -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add chopped onion and saute till it turns golden in colour.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and garam masala powder. Saute well.
- Add boiled eggs and mix well.
- Transfer the contents to a serving bowl.
