  • For preparing Egg Roast, cut onion length wise.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped onion and saute till it turns golden in colour.
  • Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and garam masala powder. Saute well.
  • Add boiled eggs and mix well.
  • Transfer the contents to a serving bowl.
  • :- Serve with Appam, Chappathi, Pathiri, Pooris etc.
