  • chop the onion and carrot
  • in a bowl add egg, milk, chopped onion, carrot, pepper, salt and coriander leaves and beat well.
  • heat the tawa and pout the egg and apply oil, allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame by closing the lid
  • remove the lid and start rolling it slowly
  • cut into small pieces, now egg roll is ready to serve
