- Potato - 1 no
- garlic - 1 pod
- Yoghurt - 1 cup
- Cumin powder(A pinch) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Coriander leaves(chopped) -

Instructions
- Cook the potato and mash it well.
- When grilling done, peel the skin of egg plant and keep it in a bowl.
- Likewise, peel garlic skin and take out the pulp.
- Mash it with fork. Mix the mashed potato also. Mix well.
- Add salt and cumin powder.
- Pour the yoghurt in it and serve decorated with chopped coriander.
