Fish Chilli Sauce
Sauce used to make fish recipes in Thai
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Fish sauce
- 5 nos Shallots
- 2 nos Dry red chillies
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- Salt As reqd
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 inch Ginger
Instructions
- For preparing fish chilli sauce, combine all together in a blender and make a smooth paste.
- Fish chilli sauce is ready.
