- Fish - 1/2kg cleaned
- Chili powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Salt(as needed) -
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Besan powder - 1/2 cup
- Kabab masala - 1 tsp

Instructions
- In a bowl mix chili powder,turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste.
- Add besan powder,salt and rice powder.
- Add kabab masala and water to this and mix all well.mix fish in this and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a kadai and fry for 10 minutes until it is golden brown.
- Now fish tawa fry is ready to serve.
