French beans with dry coconut

Ingredients
- French beans - 250 gm
- Dry coconut - 4 -
- Coriander seeds(2 tsp of coriander powder can also be used) - 2 tsp
- Dried red chillies - 4 -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves(A few) -

Instructions
- String and finely chop the beans.
- Make a coarse powder of dry coconut, chillies and coriander seeds.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds.
- Add curry leaves and chopped vegetable.
- Cook on a medium flame till done.
- Add the coconut powder to the curry.
- :- Tastes good with hot rice.
