- Chicken - 500 gm
- Yoghurt - 1/4 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Clove powder - 1 tsp
- Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Onion(finely chopped ) - 2 big
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Warm water - 2 cup
- Coconut(thenga kothu) - 2 tbsp
- Vinegar - 2 tsp
- Oil - 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- Mix yoghurt and turmeric powder in a bowl. Cut the chicken into medium sized pieces. Marinate the cleaned chicken pieces with this mixture and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
- Add 2 tbsp of water to it and mix. Then add the chicken pieces and stir for 2-3 minutes.
- Then add water, when it starts to boil, cover and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
- Now add the fried onion, mix well.
- Add vinegar and switch off the flame.
- Goan Chicken Curry is ready. Serve hot with fried rice, ghee rice or chapathi.
