Gobi Fritters is a delicious and crispy fritter prepared with cauliflower and spicy chick pea flour. Gobhi pakoras are very easy to cook and can be served as a starter or a tea time snack. You can serve these gobi pakoras with any chutney or sauce of your choice.

  1. prepare butter milk from curd

  2. in a bowl add maida, corn flour, red chili powder, salt and colour powder and mix it
