Instructions
- prepare butter milk from curd
- in a bowl add maida, corn flour, red chili powder, salt and colour powder and mix it
- now add butter milk and mix it
- make as a batter
- clean the gobi and cut into the medium size
- dip the gobi in the batter
- heat the oil and fry it
- gobi fritters is ready to serve. serve with the ketch up
