Ingredients
- Gobi(small size, Cauliflower) - 2-3 Nos
- Gaajar(Carrot) - 3 –
- Turmeric powder - 1 tspn
- Coriander powder - 3 tspn
- Salt(To taste) -
- Red chilli powder - 2 tspns
- Aamchoor Powder (Dry Mango) 2 tspns -
- Mustard powder - 1 tspsn
- Saunph Powder(Perumjeerakam) - 1 tspns
- ( heat the Mustard seeds and Saumph for 2 minutesand thenmake powder) -
- Jaggery(As required) -

Instructions
- Clean and cut the Cauliflower in small pieces and keep it aside
- Peel, clean and cut the Carrot also into small pieces as shown in picture
- After about 10 minutes,add the Turmeric powder, Red Chilli powder, Coriander Powder, Aamchoor and salt into this mix and stir it well.
- Gobi, Gaajar Katha MeethaAchhar is ready and it can be served as side dish for Porotta, Chappathi, Poori etc. Children also will like this achar very well.
