- Wheat 1 cup -
- Water as required -
- Salt to taste -

- cauliflower 1/2 cup -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Capsicum : 1 no -
- Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Garam masala : 1/2 tsp -
- cumin seed 1/4 tsp -
- Oil : 3 tsp -

Instructions
- heat oil in the pan and temper the cumin seeds and saute the onion.
- add sliced capsicum and mix
- add medium sized chopped cauliflower and mix it
- add red chili powder, garm masala, salt and turmeric powder and mix it
- allow to cook until the cauliflower get cooked
- take a small ball from dough and roll
- keep the gobi masala in the chapathi and roll it
- now gobi wrap is ready to serve
