  • 7 nos Gooseberry chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 4 nos Red dry chillies
  • Salt As reqd


  • For preparing gooseberry curry, grind coconut, mustard and red chillies. Keep aside.
  • Boil the chopped gooseberry with salt and little water until done.
  • Mix together the gooseberry, coconut paste and curd.
  • Add little salt.
  • Gooseberry curry is ready.
