- baby onions 1 cup -
- garlic 4 flakes -
- Ginger : small piece -
- Green chilli 2 no. -
- cumin seeds 1 sp. -
- curry leafs few -
- coriander leafs few -

- soak green grams over night
- take all the ingredients and grind it together along with green gram
- make a batter like this and add salt
- spread it in dosa pan very thinly turn both sides with 1 spoon oil and serve
