- coriander leaf a bunch -
- lemon juice 1 sp -
- grated bottle gourd 2 sp -
- grated carrots 3 sp -
- boiled beetroots 4 slices -
- tomatoes sliced 4 -
- grated cheese 2 sp -
- Pepper and salt -

Instructions
- grind palak , 1 slice bread, chilli, salt coriander together and squeeze lemon in it
- spread the chutney in both breads
- place grated bottle gourd in it
- on top of it keep boiled beetroot slices
- on it spread grated carrots
- on top keep tomatoes ,sprinkle pepper salt and grate chees on top of it
- cover it another bread and serve
