- Boiled Eggs : 4 nos -
- Onion : 2 nos (chopped) -
- Chilly Powder : 4 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Salt : as reqd -

Instructions
- Boil the eggs. After removing the outer shell, mix them with 2 tsp of Chilly powder and salt.
- Fry the eggs in a low flame.
- In a pan, heat oil and fry chopped onions until it starts turning brown.
- Add 2 tsp Chilly powder, Turmeric powder, the fried eggs and a pinch of salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
