
- Take a blender add cleaned strawberries and blend it.
- To that add 2 tbsp sugar and mix well.keep it aside.
- Melt the soaked china grass through double boiling method.
- Pour it to boiling milk,mixsalt well and remove it from the flame.
- Pour the strawberry puree into milk mixture.
- Mix well and convert into a serving plate or bowl.refrigerate it for 2 hours.
- Garnish it with sliced strawberries and serve.
