Ingredients
- Large shrimps(cleaned) - 15 nos
- Onion(large) - 1 no
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Water(for sprinkling) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Curry leaves(A few) -

Instructions
- Heat the oil and fry the onions after the curry leaves splutters.
- Add shrimp and turmeric powder.
- After 2 mins, add salt and all the powders one by one.
- :- Serve hot.
