- chicken 1/2 kg -
- onion 2 no. -
- ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp -
- Garam masala : 1/2 tsp -
- ajinomoto 1/2 tsp -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- black pepper powder 1 tsp -
- red chili 10 no. -
- Curd : 1/2 cup -
- cashews 15 no. -
- Ghee : 1 tsp -
- Oil : 4 tbsp -
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- slice the onion and red chili
- in a bowl add chicken. garam masala, pepper, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, curd, salt and ajinomoto ,mix well and marinate for 1/2 hour
- add marinated chicken and mix well, and cook for 5 mins in medium flame
- now add 2 glass of water, mix well and cook until the chicken get cooked
- in pan heat the ghee and fry the cashews
- transfer the fried cashews to the chicken and mix well
- once the masala get dry, turn off the flame
- now hyderabad chicken is ready to serve, garnish with coriander leaves
