- Idichakka - 1 small
- Coconut - 1 cup
- garlic - 1 clove
- Cumin seed - 2 tsp
- Green chilly - 3
- Red chilly powder - 1/2. tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Dry red chilly - 4
- Curry leaves(little) -
- Salt(as required) -
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Water - 1/2 cup

- Pressure cook the jack fruit with red chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt and water for 2 whistles
- Mash the cooked jack fruit.
- Grind these ingredients for 3 seconds.
- Heat oil in a kadai,splutter mustard seed and add dry red chilly
- Add cooked jack fruit
- Add grinded coconut
- Mix well and cook for 2 minutes
- Idichakka Thoran/Tender jack fruit stir fry is ready to serve
