Ingredients
  

  • Idli 6 no.
  • Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder : 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Color powder 1 pinch
  • Corn flour : 1 tsp
  • maida 1/2 tsp
  • Rice flour : 1 tsp
  • Oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • cut the idli into small cubes
  • in a bowl add idli, salt, red chili powder, color powder, ginger garlic paste, corn flour, maida and rice flour
  • mix well and marinate
  • heat the oil in a pan and fry the idli
  • idli 65 is ready
