Instructions
- boil the egg and cut into two pieces
- add tomato and mix well
- add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and garam masala and mix well
- add 1/2 glass water and cook it until it gets dry
- now add egg
- turn the side and allow to cook in low flame for 2 minutes and turn off the flame
- now egg masala is ready
