Egg Masala Dry is a quick and healthy meal! Had lot of eggs back home so tried this dish. Boiled Eggs coated with exotic masalas and cooked in spicy onion tomato masala.

Instructions
  1. boil the egg and cut into two pieces

  2. slice the onion, and chop the tomato and green chili

  3. heat the oil in the pan and saute onion and green chili until the onion turn into brown

  4. add tomato and mix well

  5. add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and garam masala and mix well

  6. add 1/2 glass water and cook it until it gets dry

  7. now add egg

  8. turn the side and allow to cook in low flame for 2 minutes and turn off the flame
