- Bittergourd(Pavakka) - 2 nos
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Vinegar - 3 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - 1 tbsp
- Oil for frying -

Instructions
- Cut Pavakka lengthwise and remove seeds and cut into thin pieces.
- Add vinegar (3 tsp of lemon juice is also fine), salt, chilly powder and green chillies (cut in lengthwise) and mix well.
- Keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Microwave this mixture for about 10 - 12 mins.
