Ingredients
- Chicken - 450 gm
- Onion - 3 nos
- Ginger - 1 tsp
- garlic - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Green chillies - 2 -
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
- Flour - 1 cup
- Coriander leaves(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Water(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Cook the chicken pieces by adding salt and turmeric powder.
- Mince the cooked chicken.
- Heat oil in a pan and saute onions in it.
- When onions become soft, add green chillies, ginger and garlic and curry leaves.
- Sauté it and add masala powders, salt and sauté.
- Add the chicken and coriander leaves.
- Knead the flour well to make a smooth dough.
- Roll it into small round shapes.
- Fill the chicken mix in one rounded ball.
- Close with the other and stick the ends.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the above in it, till both sides are done.
