- Kovakkai / Ivy Gourd 250gm -
- Onion 2no. -
- Tomato : 1 no -
- Green chili 1 no. -
- Grated Coconut : 1 Cup -
- Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil : as required -
- Curry leaves 1 bunch -
- Mustard : 1 tsp -
- broken urad dal 1 tsp -
- bengal gram 2 tsp -

Instructions
- Chop the Kovakkai / Ivy gourd In round shape
- now heat the oil in other pan and temper the mustard, broken urad dal and bengal gram
- add fried ivy gourd / kovakkai and mix well
- add red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well and allow to cook for 2 mins
- now ivy gourd / kovakkai stir fry is ready
