- Prawns - 500 g
- Onion - 2 no
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Tomsto pulp - 1 no.
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds - 3 tbsp
- Black pepper - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
- Dried red chillies - 3 nos.
- Kasuri methi - 1 tbsp
- Oil/Butter - 2 tbsp each
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- Dry roast the ingredients from coriander seeds to kasuri methi on low fire and grind it to a coarse powder, Keep it aside.
- Add turmeric, chilli powder and saute again. Then add tomato pulp and salt, mix it till the raw smell goes.
- Add the cleaned prawns and mix well. Then add the ground masala powder and stir well.
- Kadai Prawns is ready.Serve hot with plain rice, roti or paratha.
