Crispy pakodas made with Tapioca or Kappa

Ingredients
- Tapioca(Kappa) - 1/2 kg
- Green chillies(chopped) - 4 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Onion(big) - 1 no
- Rice flour(Ari podi) - 1/2 cup
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Curry leaves(chopped) - 4 sprigs
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil for frying -

Instructions
- Peel and grate the tapioca.
- Add all the ingredients except the oil.
- Mix them together till blended.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Take a little batter in your hands and sprinkle it with your fingers like pakodas into the hot oil and fry till crisp.
- Remove to a strainer and drain the oil.
- Allow it to cool.
- :- Store them in an airtight container.
