Kappa Pakoda Crispy pakodas made with Tapioca or Kappa 1/2 kg Tapioca (Kappa)4 nos Green Chillies (chopped)1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder1 no Onion (big)1/2 cup Rice Flour (Ari podi)1/2 tbsp Chilly Powder4 sprigs Curry Leaves (chopped)Salt (As reqd)Oil for frying Peel and grate the tapioca.Add all the ingredients except the oil.Mix them together till blended. Heat oil in a pan.Take a little batter in your hands and sprinkle it with your fingers like pakodas into the hot oil and fry till crisp. Remove to a strainer and drain the oil.
