Doughnuts Doughnuts 2 cups Allpurpose flour (Maida)3/4 cup Powdered sugar2 tbsp Melted Ghee1 tsp Cooking soda1/2 tsp Vanilla essence1 no EggMilk (As reqd) Sieve the maida and soda together. Break the egg into a bowl.Mix together all the ingredients into a firm dough, using a little milk.Make 4 balls off the dough. Roll out each one into a chappathi of half an inch thickness.Cut out with 2 round cutters(1 big and 1 small) so that a small bangle sized ring is formed.Make rings similarly, using the remaining dough.Deep fry them in oil or vanaspati, over a medium flame, till the doughnuts are cooked, crisp and golden.
