- Pori / puffed rice 5cup -
- groudnut 1/2 cup -
- roasted gram 1/2 cup -
- garlic 7 no. -
- oil 5 tsp -
- Mustard : 2 tsp -
- broken urad dal 2 tsp -
- Turmeric powder : 2 tsp -
- Red chilli powder : 1 tsp -
- currly leaves 2 bunch -

Instructions
- crush the garlic, ground nut, roasted gram
- in bowl heat the oil and temper the mustard, broken urad dal and curry leaves
- add crushed garlic and mix well
- add groundnut and roasted gram and mix well
- add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix it
- add pori / puffed rice and mix well
- kara pori is ready to serve
