Cooked riceFor making powder:1 big Karuvepila4 tsp Black gram (Uzhunupparippu)3 tsp Bengal gram (Kadalaparippu)2 tsp Red gram (Thuvaraparippu)2 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)3 tsp Pepper corns1 1/2 tsp Asafoetida (Kaayam) Fry all the above said ingredients in a tava and allow them to cool. Grind then to a fine powder in a mixer and keep it aside. 3)Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and add the mustard seeds, urad dal and chana dal.
