Naadan Beef Fry

Ingredients
- Beef(cubed) - 1 lbs
- Onions(large size) - 2 nos
- garlic - 1 bulb
- Ginger - 2 inches
- Curry leaves - 4 stalks
- Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
- Coriander - 2 tbsp
- Turmeric - 1 tsp
- Chili powder - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala - 1 tbsp
- cilantro(as reqd) -
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Salt(as reqd) -
- Water(as reqd) -
- olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Coconut oil(for flavoring) - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Marinate beef cubes in a little vinegar.
- In a huge pot, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil and add mustard seed until they pop.
- Add onions, garlic, ginger, and curry leaves to this and cook until nicely browned.
- Add coriander, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Fry for at least 5 minutes.
- Add beef and 2 cups of waters. Bring to a boil, cover, and turn heat to low to simmer. Stir occasionally.
- During this time, fry up other half of onions, garlic, and ginger with mustard seeds, curry leaves and keep aside.
- Once beef is as tender as desired, add fried onions and coconut oil to mixture with cilantro and cook for about 2 minutes.
