  • Chicken(boneless, cubed) - 250 gm
  • Oil(preferably coconut oil) -
  • Onion(cut into rings for garnishing) -
  • Lemon wedges for garnishing -
For marination:-
  • Chilly powder - 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Vinegar - 1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Marinate cubed boneless chicken with all ingredients for marination for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Fry the marinated chicken pieces in it till golden brown.
  4. Garnish with onion rings and lemon wedges.
  5. :- Serve hot Chappathi, Paratha or Steamed rice.

This looks like the real Chicken 65 served in South Indian restaurants. Some of the others are not.
