Ingredients
- Chicken(deboned and cut into small cubes) - 400 to
- Shallots(finely chopped, Kunjulli) - 200 to
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 10 nos
- Garlic pods(crushed or finely chopped or paste) - 3 nos
- Dried red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 5 to
- Mustard seeds - 1 -
- Curry leaves - 2 -
- Shredded coconut(Do not use dessiccated coconut) - 2 hand
- Eggs - 4 to
- Green peas - 1 to
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds and saute dried red chillies.
- Throw in the garlic and green chillies.
- Once they are lightly brown, add the onion.
- Add the green peas and stir for 2 mins.
- After 3 - 4 mins, add the chicken pieces and stir for about 10 mins until the chicken is 3/4th cooked.
- Throw in the curry leaves and stir for 2 mins.
- Add the eggs.
- Add salt if necessary.
- Keep stirring until the dish appears dry.
- Note : Use all fresh Ingredients if possible
