- Red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 4 -

Instructions
- Slice mushrooms into long slits.
- Grind together small onions, red chillies and coconut into a coarse mixture.
- Heat up a pan or a kadai.
- Cook mushrooms, along with the mix, without adding water.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Heat olive oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Splutter mustard seeds and broken red chillies.
- Pour the above seasoning into the mushroom mix.
