Ingredients
- Fish fillet(cut into 1" pieces) - 1/2 kilo
- Onion - 1 nos
- Green chillies - 5 nos
- Red chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Salt(to taste) -
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
- Tamarind juice(extracted from 1 Lemon sized ball) - 3/4 cup
- Tomato(paste) - 2 nos
- cilantro(Chopped) -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add the chopped onions and green chillies in it. Fry until brown.
- Add all the dry spices into it and fry for a few more seconds.
- Add the ginger paste and tomatoes.
- Now add the fish pieces to this mixture and add 1/2 a cup of water to it.
- Cover and cook and add more water if needed depending upon required consistency.
- When the fish is cooked, add the cilantro to it.
- :-Serve hot with rice or rotis.
