- Tender jackfruit(chopped into pieces 1 cup) -
- Coconut grated - 1 cup
- Onion - 1
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Greeen chilly - 4
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp

Instructions
- Chopp tender jackfruit into pieces.
- Cook this tender jackfruit in a pressure cooker with 1 cup of water.
- Then mash this cooked tender jack fruit in a mixer.
- Heat oil in a kadai add mustard.
- When mustard splutters add mashed jackfruit to this stir for 2 minutes in low flame
- Ground coconut,cumin seeds,onion and green chilly in a mixer.
- Add this grind mix to chakka mix add salt and mix well.Cook for 3 minutes in low flame.
- Heat oil in a kadai add mustards when it splutters add red chilly.Saute for a minute.Add this to chakka mix.
- Mix all together and cook for 2 minutes .Now idichakka thoran is ready.
