Ingredients
- Chicken(cut into pieces, whole) - 1 no
- Onion(cut into small pieces, medium) - 1 no
- garlic - 6 cloves
- Ginger - 1 1/2 inch
- Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
- Mustard seeds for frying -
- Oil for frying -
Spices for masala:-
- Hot chilly powder - 2 spoonful
- Fennel powder - 1 spoonful
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoonful
- Black pepper - 1/2 spoonful
- Coriander powder(If reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Madras style meat masala(optional) - 1/2 spoonful
- Soy sauce(A few dashes) -
- Worchetshire sauce(A few dashes) -

Instructions
- Cut chicken into pieces and remove excess skin and fat.
- Add oil in pot (or pressure cooker).
- Splutter mustard seeds.
- Add onion and fry till golden brown.
- Add curry leaves till wilted.
- Grind whole spices and mix with curry masala and salt.
- Cook until chicken is tender.
- If flavor is lacking, add coriander powder during cooking process and/or chopped green chillies.
- Before serving, garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
