Hotel fish fry... This is a kerala restaurant style fish fry made with king fish. The fish is fried in coconut oil to get the best authentic taste.

Ingredients
- Fish(preferably king fish) - 4 pieces
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon
- Curry leaves - 2 stem
- Green chillies(make chilly paste with 2 chillies) - 2 nos
- Ginger(paste) -
- garlic(alli) - 5 pods
- Black pepper - 10 nos
- Lemon juice(from 1/2 of a lemon) -

Instructions
- Clean the fish.
- Mix all the ingredients and grind it.
- Make it to a paste apply on the fish.
- Marinate the fish for an hour.
- Fry the fish in coconut oil.
- Decorate the kerala style fish fry with finely sliced onions :- Serve the kerala style fish hot!!! It goes very well with rice.
